Welcome to Goldstar.com. The following are the rules ("Terms and Conditions") that govern use of the goldstar.com website ("Site") owned and operated by Goldstar Events, Inc. ("Goldstar") by any person who establishes a connection for access to and use of the Site ("User"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to follow these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Changes in Terms and Conditions

Goldstar has the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use, at any time. We have the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions applicable to User's use of the Site, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use, at any time. Event Admittance Purchase Policy

Goldstar sells admittance to entertainment events on behalf of entertainment venues, promoters and other suppliers. We do not set the admittance prices or determine seating locations. Goldstar does not issue exchanges or refunds after purchase has been made by a User. On rare occasions, events are cancelled or postponed by the venue or other entity for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or other entity may set refund limitations. Lawful Use

User shall use Site for lawful purposes only. User shall not post or transmit through Site any material which: (i) violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others; (ii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable; (iii) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law; or (iv) contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services, unless Goldstar shall have expressly approved such material in advance of its transmission. Any conduct by a User that in our discretion restricts or inhibits any other User from using or enjoying the Site and its services is expressly prohibited.

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Goldstar or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Goldstar and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this Site is the property of Goldstar or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, User agrees that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User agrees to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of California, City and County of Los Angeles.
